Every business starts with an idea, but are you taking the right steps to protect your intellectual property? If you do not protect your intellectual property proactively early on, it may end up costing you down the road. During this workshop patent attorney Lori Sandman and artist Erica Group, best known for her DeLand Wings social media sensation, will share their experiences protecting intellectual property and navigating the process of registering copyrights, patents and trademarks.
No matter what your business is, having the skills to make floral designs that pop will set your storefront or brand apart. During this workshop with Simply Roses owner Ashlee Robertson you will learn the basic skills of floral design and create your own fresh flower arrangement. You’ll learn proper tools, care and handling of floral and creative containers and arrangements that are fun and inviting!
If you want to stand out, your brand needs Instagram and Pinterest worthy-images that showcase your style. During this workshop led by PJ Saffran and Kate Frost you’ll learn practical ways to shoot and plan images that represent your brand. Attendees are encouraged to bring products or décor to this workshop, but a variety of props will be available.

Hidden among 69 acres of scrub oaks and palmettos, The Atlantic Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach is an oasis for creatives and has an earned an international reputation for drawing prominent artists and innovators to its world-renowned artist-in-residency programs.
