Member Monday: Meet Alexis Galerno

It’s Member Monday and we’re featuring blogger and personal wellness coach Alexis Galerno of Two Kids and an Oven. We love her passion for healthy living and supporting fellow boss ladies. Follow @twokidsandanoven on Instagram to see what she’s up to!

What is your business/career and/or side hustle?

Personal wellness coach who helps you create new and shift current habitudes in order to find a lifestyle suitable for you and your goals. We help with meal planning, prepping, and overcoming hurdles that may hinder a healthy lifestyle.

What’s one thing you’ve accomplished this year that made you feel boss?

Stepped out of my comfort zone and started offering meal planning and prepping workshops which has led to nearly 100 people becoming better stewards of planning and taking personal care time in order to get themselves  closer to their goals. Having the opportunity to pour into others is amazing!

What’s one piece of advice you’d like to share with other boss ladies who are pursuing their passions?

Your thoughts control your actions. Choose them wisely! Don't let the "noise" get in your way on leaving your mark and planting your flag!

What do you want to be known for?

I want to matter! Knowing that I can help others to their full potential is one thing, I want others to achieve it as well! I want to leave a legacy in my faith, family, and business.

What books or resources have inspired or helped you the most?

I love "The Carpenter" by John Gordon, "Chop Wood Carry Water" by Joshua Medcalf and "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson. All some of the first books I read in my journey to become more. Very simple books that helped make drastic mindset shifts and changed my perspective in many ways!
